TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

RULES

- All commissions are first-come first-serve
- I start working on your commission only after receiving the payment
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason
- No cancellation or refund after the payment. However, I have the right to cancel a commission due to personal reasons, in that case I will refund you
- It is prohibited to use any artworks for AI training, NFT, crypto
- You are not allowed to edit or crop my works
- You can repost the artwork with credits
- The listed prices are the starting ones. The final price of your commission depends on its complexity and various factors
- Commissioning nude/slight NSFW images you confirm that you are 18 y.o. or order

PAYMENT

- Full payment after the confirmation of your commission (upfront)
- Payments are made via PayPal invoice in EUR, meaning you have to provide me with your email in order to complete the payment. Additionally, you have to keep in mind exchange rates if it applies to you
- If you fail to pay within 10 days, your commission is canceled. Any payment after the deadline and without any discussion will be considered as a willing donation. You may renew your order for a 10 EUR fee but your commission will be moved to the end of the queue

RIGHTS

- Copyright remains with me
- I have the right to use your commission as a part of my portfolio, as well as to share it on my social media. If you want to keep you commission private or it may be posted but only after a certain date, please inform me beforehand
- The final work is for personal use only (icons, wallpapers, headers, repost with credits, reference for other artists…). You do not have the right to use it for any commercial purpose (selling, commercial printing…)

FINAL PRODUCT

- Your commission will be sent to you as a high resolution image via email.You are not getting any physical product from me

Not reading terms of service does not exempt from violation of any listed rules. If you do not follow them, you will be blacklisted

NOTES

- Each additional character is 80% of the base price. Animals and creatures are additional characters but their price may differ depending on their size and complexity
- Background price varies depending on its complexity. Simple one colour background is free
- Additional fee applies for complicated, heavily detailed designs and items
- Reference images are required (No AI images!!). If you do not have any references of your character, only a description and inspiration photos, your commission will be considered a character design meaning + minimum 50% of the base price. The price might go higher depending on the design complexity
- Changes are free at sketch and flat colouring (only colours editing) stages but limited to 3 rounds. Everything else will be done for an additional fee, the fee will depend on complexity of changes
